Helping Students Grow

Chief Executive Officer / Director of Education - Mansfield

I have over 15 years of Allied Health Field experence in many areas. Starting my education and career in Emergency Medicine my senior year in high school working in EMS and Emergency Care Attendant. In 2004, I moved to the DFW metroplex where i started working as a phlebotomist for the blood bank that opened many doors in my career that i had never thought possible.

I have worked as a Phlebotomist in many aspect, ranging from physician owned laboratorys, agencys, team lead, management and owning a staffing agency. I also over the years have learned the medical billing and coding for laboratorys. Working as team lead for a national health-fair screening company that allowed me to travle across the globe. I met my bussiness partner and friend Carol while working for the health-fair company and we have worked together ever since.

In 2013, Carol and i agreed we both wanted to train phlebotomist the " correct way". We had no way of knowing what that would truly mean to us until after we started our first class in Mansfield and the students made their way to a new career in phlebotomy. Traiing phlebotomist the correct way, has allowed me to find that my passion is not only helping people learn to be better phlebotomist but also helping them and their families to be able to provide a better life for themselves.
