In addition to meeting the requirements of most workplaces, being trained in emergency life-saving skills makes you a better citizen and healthcare worker. This course will train you in the following skills:

CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) so you will be able to perform effective rescue breaths and chest compressions to increase the chances of survival for someone in cardiac arrest.

AED (automated external defibrillator) training will prepare you to apply and activate an AED to monitor the cardiac actiity of an unconscious patient and potentially deliver life-saving defibrillations.

We offer American Heart Association CPR and First Aid training for everyone.
